1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 7 to 15 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

9. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY HANDMADE ROSARY?

To keep your rosary and cross necklace in good condition, we recommend storing them in a jewelry box or the pouch (which is provided as a complimentary gift with the purchase of any product) when not in use. Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or excessive moisture

10. ARE YOUR ROSARIES BLESSED BY A PRIEST?

A: Our rosaries are not pre-blessed. However, you can have them blessed by a priest or deacon in your local parish or during special religious ceremonies.
